Elise Spiderlings on bench

As the title states.

My best guess as to how I caused this was having an extra champion out on the field from carousel round (E.g, 6 champions out at level 5). Elise transformed during the round, and then I believe I sold during combat. Somehow, this sent two spiderlings to my bench. When I attempted to sell the spiderlings, it removed two gold (IE 50 gold to 48). They remained on my bench after the "sell" and couldn't be sold again, or removed by anything I tried.
