LP gain/loss for solo/duo ranked

Is it normal to only gain 10-15 points for every win and lose 30-60 points every loss?? When i started playing ranked i would gain around 20-30 lp every game for a win and only 10-15 for a loss. Im currently only in iron 2 rank if that helps.

If you duo with someone who is much lower rank than you then this is normal as you will be facing lower caliber opponents.

almost no reason for me to play ranked at this rate it takes 3 wins for every loss to just even out...
