Random Freezing

Does anyone have an issue where their league will randomly freeze? The only way I can get back into the game is to log off my computer then log back in or restart. It is completely random but it is really making it difficult for me to want to play Ranked and etc. I also experience a lag when I come back from this happening.

I know my computer can handle league on highest settings but I play on low just in case that is what is causing it.

My computer specs are as follows:

Inter Core i7-4790 @ 4.00GHz 16 Gigs of Ram 64 Bit Windows Operating System GeForce GTX 980

I'm having this exact same problem and it's gotten me 8th in ranked like 4-5 times now. I have no idea have to fix this, and it wasn't happening when I first started playing.
