When I win a game in TFT Ranked it does not give me points therefore I cannot advance in the ranked

When I win a game and exceed 99 points it does not give them to me, therefore I cannot advance to silver, when I lose if I subtract points, if I win but they are not enough to pass the 99 points in the ranked if I add them, but if I win a game and I exceed 99 points, it doesn't give me anything and many games won and don't let me go up to silver.
