TFT Weekly mission 3 combined items on a single unit

I've actually completed this 3 times and still haven't gotten credit for it. Now on two of them a spatula was used as one of the things combined.

Saw this in my last game as well, had a unit with 3 completed items, no pop for the mission -- no spat for any of my combined items.

I had the same problem but ended up clearing the mission after I tried running an unit that had three items made from duplicate items - RFC, Warmog, etc.

I'm having issues with a different mission, the "build the same item twice" one.

Well I've done it a second time and its still not giving me credit or clearing it
