Noticed that even after having 4 deserts, enemy team still had armor, eg opponent had 3 star maokai with bramble vest, and when i right clicked over his unit it had 85 armor, same thing happening with leona spell, shouldn't desert negate it all?

IT would be completely broken if it was 100% of total armor

League has quite a few confusions in descriptions. But the armor reduction is applied before everything else.

But it also (new bug) permanently reduced all of my units armor to 0 after fighting a guy with 4 desert active, even after he died.
