Qiyana Not Listed as Cloud Champion

When you hover over the Cloud Champions on your board, Qiyana isn't shown there. Only Yasuo, Janna, and Lux.

Can she even be Cloud? I don't play TFT, but actually wondered, given that she only has three elements in normal game, how would they implement it? Unique particles for her? This post reminded me the question.

EDIT: Allright I found the image they posted back at release and apparently she can be Cloud, my ignorance.
