Karthus grants the phantom buff by himself.

I was running a sorc comp and found a karthus in my shop. I bought him and put him on my field and noticed that even though on the left it only said 1/2 phantoms, I was still getting the phantom buff. (random enemy was starting with low hp). I didn't have a morde or a kindred.
