Bug: Lissandra TIer 2

So if you make a Tier 2 Lissandra and place a spatula and giant belt it makes a Frozen Mallet (Glacial). Isn't this suppose to fall off so that you put it on someone else? Because it doesn't. Tried it two games in a row. Please fix.

you are 2 spots away from this same post. can you not just bump? imagine having to read the same bug report over and over, you might get bored and miss one that is not that prevalent.
