My Account goes back to level 1

My LOL windows has crashed when I played then I restart my LOL account then it come back to level 1 supposed to be I am level 23. My username before is glocquiao11. And my LOL name is xXgloc11Xx

First of all DONT EVER PROVIDE your username to anyone. Edit your post.

Dont worry, you probably accidentally logged in an empty smurf with similar username. Can you remember all your credentials?

Before login in, click bottom right corner cog, I see "current patchline" and I can choose Live EUW or PBE.

Happened to me, Accidently logged into my pbe account. make sure its the right username
