Orb of Enlightment Cooldown Not Starting Right Away

I claimed my orb yesterday at about 4pm PST and exited the client. Today I log in and my timer says I cannot claim another orb for 20 more hours. This has happened at least 3 times to me so far and some of my friends. It's like the cool down timer does not start until you next login.

I'm having the same problem. Claimed orb today at 1am pst. Logged in just now, and it says next orb available 21 hrs from now

Same issue, claimed orb around 5-6am yesterday, logged in today and it says 21 hours 50 min.
