Account deleted or problem with server?

Long ago I had switched my account from NA to Oceania and have had the same username and same password for years but recently as of 2 days ago it will no longer let me. I tried resetting password and also searching up username via email on the website but that only led me to finding another account on a NA server with the username being only one letter off. I have now lost my account of 7 years with countless money spent on it when i was young and dumb, Ive made sure the region was oceania and that it was the same old username and password and tried it 100 times but nothing worked HELP ME PLEASE??!!
