A guy doesn't lose any HP bug/cheat TFT

Not sure you can check TFT games somewhere but I just played a TFT game and people in it were spamming "report this guy" and stuff. After some time it was only me and him left and he was on 100 hp still. I thought it was pretty impressive until i beat him twice or three times without him losing any HP. He was laughing about it and after a few loses and me telling him that i'll report that he said that I can't report because he's gonna start losing hp/disabled whatever he's using to do it. So, either a bug which he can control or some software. I included the screenshot of the guy, not sure you can do something about it.

it's only the beginning it's gonna be too easy to run cheat programs or bot programs on this mode already some sites advertising for them!

I'd recommend sending in a support ticket as well just in case it was the person scripting. If he really was scripting, I'm pretty sure Riot can still tell even if he did disable it.

And if it really is just a bug, then at least we know Riot knows about it.

I encountered the same issue yesterday. He had 100hp at level 5 or something like that, and we others were around 40hp so i noticed that he still had 100hp so I payed much attention to him because it felt odd that someone still had 100hp that long into the game. (Of course he could have been lucky with the champs etc but still) My next round against him i gotten a really good team and I won against him but he did not lose HP. I confronted him and said that it had to be a bug or that he is cheating, he answered me that with a bunch of emotes and with broken english he said "no i won you"...
