PBE is Bug

so I was like Oh, let me get on the PBE and Test out some Stuff, so I log into the PBE like Normal and try to Hop on TFT, I got an Error Code saying please Connect to the Internet...OK, Checked all my Setting and Im good on my end, so I try it again "Plz Connect to the Internet...Close the whole Game open it back up and connect, Same Error... Uninstall PBE, re-install PBE and now I have a black Screen and its saying Im in game, but cant Connect to the Game... I think PBE is just Broken Now(I see Overview, News and Patch Notes), My Name and Saying Im in game and Black Screen with those on it....SO Idk whats happening and TFT is Rank only LOLOLOLOL
