Akali Spell Crit

Hello,

Not sure if this is an intended mechanic and I have not been aware of spell damage crits up until this point but notably Akali spells will occasionally crit with the crit icon.

Is this an akali only thing , bug, or do spells actually have crit chance?

This is akali with luden's (also bugged on blitz this game - this is blitz with rod from carousel) and rabadon's. Akali with double rabadon's and luden's will hit for 800 and then occasional spike to 1.1k to 1.8k.

On a side note the luden's damage does go up from 20 damage -> to a more accurate 140 ish damage with a large rod in the inventory. It goes up to 220 with rabadon's (against champions).
