TFT Kennen is a glacial 9.14b bug

I just played a TFT and i noticed i had glacial, with only anivia and no frozen mallet. Comp: Varus: runna Brand: yummi aatrox aurelion Anivia Morgana Chogath Kennen

Whenever i put in kennen i get the ninja, elemntalist and glacial for some reason. Any ideas?

Frozen mallet makes a champ glacial? Maybe its this item 3022

As i stated i had no frozen mallet. And my friend did the kennen glacial comp and the same happened, without the spatula items.
