Senna with Mage's Cap may not be doublecasting ability

Had a game where I gave Senna Mage's Cap, and had 6 mages, and she wasn't doublecasting her ability. However, I don't know if maybe she was doublecasting, but visually it wasn't showing, or if she's not doublecasting at all. Either way, something may be wrong here.
