Shyvana Flight Bug

I keep getting the same bug when I use Shyvana in TFT,

Shyvana uses her ability to turn into a dragon, but as she leaps she gets stuck in her flight animation permanently and does not move at all? I think this may happen when she gets CC'd as she uses her ability, but she is permalocked.

Does anyone else have this issue?
