Legends of Run Terra - Lost my account progress

I had an account Eu West where I bought some coins and already have a good progress on card collection, also reach silver ranking until yesterday. Today I try to login on my Eu West account can't login, said that credentials doesn't match to any account. I try to login on Europe Nordic East with those credentials and was successful, but lost all my progress, coins and level 13 weekly vault. I'm very upset...

Is it possible to recover my account? If not I will continue play but won't buy more coins anymore...
