[GAMEPLAY] Noble is not healing correctly

Just played a ranked match of TFT.

Melee noble's were not healing at all in the entirety of the game. Ranged characters were healing correctly, non-noble ranged characters (for example, tristana), also got the healing buff. Buff text did not display at all. Only that I had '3' nobles.

Team: Garen, Fiora, Lucian, Tristana and Leona.
