Still can't view other boards or spectate after losing

I have had this problem from the start. Really puts me at a disadvantage, when its its down to last 2 I can't see how he is setting up his board. And playing with a full group of 8 I can't spectate after being knocked out. Figured this would have been fix in the patch this week with ranks coming out.
