Support won't send me emails - Lost Account

Genius Riot made me change my account name because its the same as MY ACCOUNT on Oceania - Can't remember what it even is now so sure Ill just send myself an email right? Wrong.

Emails wont send its been like over an hour for different emails that 'may take a few minutes'
