TFT attack speed bugs and Guinsoo's Rageblade

I tried placing a Guinsoo's Rageblade on Yasuo, considering his muti-hit ability. Watching his attack speed stat I observed that the ability did indeed stack attack speed. However, at the end of each ability his attack speed reset to his base attack speed.

I just had this too in a game today. Vayne with Rageblade, Hurricane, and Infin Edge and was going all the way up to 4x attack speed. However, almost every other shot her attack speed would drop back down to base (0.8?) and then shoot up again. item 3124 Hope this gets fixed soon!
