Twicth (ulti) bug
when twitch use his ulti only his first auto-attack have the buff (infinnite range) instead of having that buff on all attack for 8 seconde

I stumbled upon that same bug and I also had Runaan's on my twitch, you might be onto something.
I believe it may have something to do with Runaan's Hurricane. Was against another person with a twitch, his worked fine, mine did not, only different item from mine to his was my hurricane.
