Can we fix this runepage bug yet pls...

its been over two patches at least of randomly not being able to see your runes in a lobby or select. not gonna lie it's a pretty toxic bug since if i stay my team will hate me. if i dodge obviously im timed out and/or lose lp or a series etc. please fix soon <3
