Inferno reduces/stops healing?

After playing through the latest patch, there are alot of bugs going around and most of them are being discussed here on the forum. One bug/problem ive come across that i havent read anything about though is "inferno stops healing". Cant find anything to convince me its supposed to be there, and its happened to me multiple times now. Today i had a vlad/olaf stand in the "puddles" and not get healed at all. 0% healing. I feel inferno is kinda lacking behind, so this could prob be a good thing to add, but still annoying when its not supposed to happen....
