Gangplank is getting Deathblade stacks for killing his barrels.

Gankplank is currently getting 3 stacks on his Deathblade everytime he uses his ult, this regularly results in him getting over 200+ free ad every fight. This behavior have been seen on 1,2 and 3 star gankplanks and from what i can see happens every time without fault.
