Black screen after champion select - Mac, Mojave

It started after a different glitch where it said I left the game right as the nexus was exploding, and asking me to reconnect. Now I'm unable to play any game past that screen, I've tried restarting my computer, deleting and redownloading the game, and the Hextech repair tool. The repair tool will not even complete gathering logs, getting stuck on the R3D ones, does anyone have a fix?

I attempted setting the fix where you set the window from 0-1 in the game.cfg file however it has no text in it either, probably since I deleted and redownloaded the game.
