Cheating on TFT (normal game not PBE)

Hi guys,

I played TFT tonight and we got a problem. A serious one.

After the 3 1rst phases with creeps, I red in the forum a guy who accused another one to cheat cause he got 3 T2 at the 1rst round PVP. I just came on his board and saw 3 T2 and full bench. I was surprised and at the 2nd PVP battle, I saw he got 4 T2 and full bench.

So just to be sure, are you agree we got max 11 money at the 1rst PVP round : 2 from 1rst champion (if sold), 2 after 1rst round PVE, 3 after 2nd and 4 after 3rd. Am I right ? So you got : 2+2+3+4 = 11 money at 1rst round PVP, ok ?

You can have 3 T2 (a very lucky start) but not the 3 T2 + full bench (8 champ) = 9 + 8 = 17 money ?

And for 2nd PVP round, you cant have 4 T2 + full bench cause you need 4 money to upgrade from lvl 3 to 4 so 4x3 + 8 (bench) + 4 (upgrade) = 24 money

How its possible ???

Keep an eye on it plz, I have the feeling thats a big cheat and with it, no TFT !!!
