Elemental bonus do not apply on upgraded champ

** First, the context :** I was in a fight and hardrolling and found my 3rd skarner, when i came back on the pre-combat phase, my Skarner was upgraded. But as you can the on the screenshot, the bonus of the elemental hex (here Ocean) was not applied.

Additionnal info : The Skarner on the field was equipped with a bow before leveling up. Moving the Skarner and puting it back in place gave him the bonus.

More Additionnal info : Hardroll predator doesn't work anymore, I ended up 7th.

Sorry if the bug is already known, i could not find any mention of it.

This seems to happen any time you upgrade a champ that auto places on a hex tile, or if the champ was already there when the hex tile came to be. Seems you only get the effect of the hex tile if you manually place the champ on the tile.
