Shyvanna's Ability and Healing Items

Shyvanna, while using either bloodthirster, or hextech gunblade doesn't actually gain any life (morello and red buff taken into account), and once she's in dragon form she doesn't seem to be preventing any healing (from things such as Swain's ability, noble buff, and Nidalee's ability).
