Double Spatula Item

I can't remember the name of the item which can be obtained by mixing two spatulas that lets you ignore the max team capacity. But if you get two of said items, (using 4 spatulas), one each on two different champions, only one of them will ignore the max team cap, the other will not. Not sure if thats intended or not.
