Can't play the game, and can't login to Riot support

I can login to the game client, but I cannot connect to Riot servers, error 1B.

When I try to login to the Riot support website, It says:

"You have been signed out You will be automatically redirected."

It then redirects me to another page, which says:

"An unknown error has occurred. Please wait a minute or so before trying again.

For some reason I can login to the forums here, but that login does not transfer over to the support page.

Now I'm in a situation where I can't play the game and I can't login to write a support ticket to fix my issue.
