3* Quest Didn't Process

Played a game this morning, specifically to complete the "Build a 3* unit with three completed items" quest. Had done the same quest on another account successfully.

1. I built a 3-star unit
2. I put three full items on it
3. I finished 2nd, but for some reason even after 20-30 minutes I still had the game processing notification.
4. Logged off and did work for four hours and returned, the game was no longer processing, but the quest is still uncompleted.

Going to give the specifics, to the best of my memory.

1. The 3-star unit I created was Elise.
2. I actually made the SECOND 3-star Elise in the same game (crazy, but I got the pieces). Not sure if this is the issue.
3. I believe the items I put on her were Red Buff, Hush, and Zekes (random stuff, I know, but I was going for quest).

Not concerned about getting credit for the quest, but wanted to detail the steps to help solve the bug in case others have this issue as well. Perhaps the issue is the game being a ghost game, which was never properly recorded in the system. Idk.
