Overtime Draw Killed Both Players with 30+ Health

As mentioned in the title, I was facing an opponent at around 5-5 with both of us having 30 health left. We both played variants of yordle knight, so no surprise it went into overtime.

At the end, there was only a 2* trist vs a 3* lulu left when the match drew and we both lost all our HP (over 30), immediately dying and the game ending. The third player that was remaining immediately won, so I could not take screenshots

Sounds like the point of Overdraw.

Sorry you wasted 2 hours on watching paint dry though, mustve been quite boring and you end up losing after all.

Hey, yordle knights are a valid strategy :D

Unfortunately my kennen carry happened to die too soon ;)

Anyway, this is certainly a bug. Otherwise I am happy to be pointed to the patchnotes that say that both players get killed if a fight cannot be decided in overtime...

I really hope it's not a bug they intend to fix. Guarantee riot didn't develop the game with the intention of people winning by having a champ that can't kill anything but health won't go to zero. Love seeing everyone complain about this.

You should still get damage based on the surviving champs of the opponent team just like you do when you lose a battle.

Pretty much every comp has front line tanks that are supposed to survive as long as possible.

Damage taken should be on surviving champs. It should not matter whether it is a loss or a draw.

Why would they even allow 6 knights or 9 yordles and give bonuses for that if Riot does not want people to go that way?
