2 Seperate bugs when on first carousel

So the first bug consists of something to do with being able to see all the champions before the appear 2 by 2. I believe you can re-create this by just spamming right click to the middle of the circle and maybe pressing space bar at the same time not too sure. (have had it a few games in a row)

The second bug which I have no idea how it happens is it let's you pass the barrier on the first carousel, letting you pick champions before anybody else can.
