Stuck on "Match Accept" Screen and then dodge timer

At least once a day (happened twice to me today) my game will get stuck on the accept screen and wont go through to champion select. Because of this it forces me to force quit the game and when I have reloaded the client it then gives me a dodge timer because it thinks that I have skipped a game. My Internet is fine, computers systems is fine. Pleas Fix! This problem is putting people off of playing your game and costing you valuable customers RIOT. Thanks
