Yeah I have the same issue and have never seen the post-game screen either, even after reinstalling, using Hextech repair tool to reinstall latest patch, restarting client and computer and it is still 100% reproduction rate of this client issue.

if you have it so the client closes while in game you wont see it

I have the same issue! No matter what I do I can never see the post game stuff. It's so frustrating because I want to be able to view it and learn. It would be really helpful if tft showed up on the match history too.
