Perma Banned For Third Party Software

My account has been permanently banned (from LOL and TFT) for "use of prohibited third-party software". This is concerning to me, as I have not used third party programs at any point in the past, and I had not logged into my league of legends account for at least a month prior to this ban._ Is there any way I can appeal this ban or get information about suspicious logins to my account_? Not sure if this is applicable, but I had been playing only TFT on this account in the months leading up to the ban. Not sure if its a bug or if my account was compromised. Any help is appreciated!

You can appeal via the usual support channels. There is no way in hell that RIOT is going to give you any real answer as to what triggered the ban though.

The reason that there is and will be no real reason given is because disseminating that knowledge will make it potentially easier for people who are cheating to craft better cheating programs.

Such is life. I hope you get your account back if it was in fact an issue on riots end but I would not get my hopes up.

Same for me! Was offline for week and just played a single game yesterday after the game the launcher shut down because of server problems.... today i was logged in but didnt played a game.... and now i wanted to play a game and be perma banned?! WTF
