Battle Boss Qiyana Border -- Not Showing??

As title explains I'm unable to see my champions border even though I've bought the champion (Qiyana), her skin (Battle Boss Qiyana) and corresponding border for arcade points.

Do I have to be a certain mastery or what? Help??

seems to be a bug , as i bought all the arcade boarder bundles & non are appearing.
