Elise bug (exploit) causing her to continue to shift forms and spawn spiderlings
Adding the discussion here as told by Riot support.
Player was abusing an in-game bug constantly.
He kept adding and taking off an item (the one that makes you a demon) to Elise which prompted her to go into spider form and summon the spiderlings / either that or go from Spider form to human(?) form and then back to Spider form and do it all over again.
At times he had 10-15 spiderlings on the board.
I managed to get a few gyazo screencaps of it happening, but due to the gyazo having a time limit, it didn't show the whole round.
