Guinsoos Item just disappears on Unit Sell

Check the link for two occurances (Second is a reply in the thread) where it happened. Basically two games in a row where I put a Guinsoos on a unit I planned to sell for Jinx later and it disappeared from the game and my bench. Both of these were in Ranked on Live.

Noticeable similarities:

• Both times had Neekos Help
• Both times sold during or after Raptors
