[Bug] Vayne's passive still applies when missing attacks

Self explanatory. In the video we can see Vayne's passive being applied and activated, although Shen did dodge the attacks with his ult. Haven't tried it but I wouldn't be surprise if it happened with the Yordle's evade buff or PD's dodge mechanics.
