when Kennen dies the first time while having the GA, and his ult is going off, it stays on causing damage.

If you mean that it does the intented duration of the ultimate: thats not a bug, it is a feature. You can do the same in the original game.
This is true for several units in TFT, most notably Morgana and Swain. It's one of the reasons you build GA on Kennen and Swain in the first place. GA also keeps GP barrels on the field so he can blow them up after he revives.
