Account reset bug

Well , when i logged in today , i noticed that all my champions were gone , i was level one and it seems like my account was just nullified . My ign was BakaNeko0 , but now for some reason it's BakaNek00 . My friends still have me as BakaNeko0 in their friendlists , but i can only enter to BakaNek00 . can anybody please help me ? i couldn't find similar cases , and i want to know what just happened .
