Just Had a TFT Game I Couldnt Join

I queued up for TFT ranked with 4/5 of my provisionals completed. I clicked accept and the load-in screen never came. (I play with the option to keep the client open during game). My status showed as "In-game" with no option to reconnect despite restarting my client several times.

I know that the game completed because I was given my provisonal rank after at least a couple minutes. MY little legend literally went with a starting champion and lost every round due me not being in game. I was also unable to switch modes during this time.

Has anyone else experienced this?
