Problem with Ranked Queues after reset

Having trouble queuing with different players in Ranked TFT as of the ranked reset today, 11/20/2019. I can't seem to figure out any rhyme or reason to who I can and can not queue with. It doesn't seem to be related to past rank, or whether or not the player has started their placements or not. Anyone else having this issue?
