Start game during second round of creeps

So before patch 9.19, I would still miss first carousel but at least I would start the game during the first round of creeps, giving me time to buy more champions/sell/ etc. Now, I start the game in the middle of the second round of creeps which eliminates my chance to buy champions for that round which, depending on the champion I was randomly assigned, could mean that those creeps kill my one randomly assigned champion. So not only do I never have a choice at what item I get, but I now have a chance of losing to creeps and missing out on even more items. This makes the game pretty much unplayable. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out with this.

Basically need a higher pc to play this gamemode. Friend has a 2017 Toshiba with newer specs, plays it smoothly. I have a 2016 HP Laptop with 8 gb rams, 6ghz, low specs, basically can play regular summoners rift at the lowest setting with mild lag spike. TFT is too hard for my laptop to handle, same dilioh of having to miss the carousel round and the first creep wave going on. Cause now fuck it luck of the draw at this point.

How on earth does tft require a better pc than summoner's rift? My PC ain't even that bad. Bought it in 2018 brand new. Seems pretty ridiculous to me but seeing as how I've been posting for months about this and have gotten zero help from Riot, I guess I'll have to take your word for it.

I'm having this issue too. The new patch made it so much worse. I start so far behind it's not even fun which sucks because I just started playing tft last week.
