Crazy Ms Spike (Summoners Rift)

Reality is with the addition of TFT ive had crazy MS/ping spikes especially when im trying to CS and when im trying to attack another player. ive ran Wifi tests, ive brought my computer in to make sure that wasn't the issue, ive even connected the Ethernet cable. please fix your server (NA) because i'd love to get back on the grind
