3-star Veigar doesn't instakill 2-star units

I just played TFT and managed to get 3-star .

During the course of last fight casted 4 ults that all 4 hit 2-star enemy units. These ults did tooltip damage (1080) but didn't insta kill enemy units, so I lost.

Please investigate this bug and fix it.
